Codi Student of the Month!! :)

Codi was selected Student of the Month at school this past month...The school has a really cute method of celebrating...they send out letters to the parents telling them when to show up for the assembly and they do not tell the kids...In a very "peppy" pep assembly...they call out each kids name..put their picture on the big screen...and has them run through a tunnel of teachers getting high 5's. Codi dreads being the center of attention and will always ask me if she is student of the month each time...she gets very nervous getting up in front of people....We are happy to report that she didn't fall in front of the 6-8 graders :-0 Congrats Co Co!!

Daddy/Daughter Dinner Dance! :)

It was that time of year again!! Time for the daddy/daughter dinner dance at the girls' school. It is a wonderful tradition that both Craig and Carli started when she was in kindergarten. Craig and Tad have had their "date night" routine with the girls for years!!...Dinner...Dance...and then Ice Cream!!! It is Carli's last year for the event :( Next year Codi gets daddy all to herself!!!


The group of girls was down to 4 this year since Taylor is in high school now!

Happy 17th Craig!!!

Today is Craig and I's 17th Wedding Anniversary...I remember when I was younger and my parents celebrated anniversaries like these...I remember thinking they were old...I wonder if Carli and Codi think the same thing!!! We met 26 years ago our junior year in high school. Nine years after meeting...we were married on a beautiful January evening!! Here's to several hand fulls of more anniversaries!! Love you Craig!!!

Happy Birthday Carli!!

Today our first little angel turns 14!!! I don't know where the time keeps going...We are so thankful for Carli...she is intelligent, caring, persistent, hard-working, and stubborn all in one little body :) She has really done a transition from little girl into young lady this last year.

Happy 14th Carli Shae!!!!

Carli's 14th Birthday Celebration!!

Carli's birthday is not until next weekend on the 16th--but both girls have 3 day tournaments next weekend so we celebrated yesterday!!! Sleepover Friday night after her vball practice, Ranger ride with dad in the morning, lunch at Ah-So, then Pedicures with her friends, topped off by a trip to Dairy Queen!! I would say she had a good day!! She even had her sister join in which makes mama happy!!!

Craig and the girls packed up the yummy breakfast burritos and headed out on a ride (thanks JJ for letting him use your ranger with more sitting room). I sent the camera with him begging him to take some pictures. He came back with basically a photo shoot in the desert on the camera :) The girls had a blast!!!

Happy New Year!!

We had a wonderful New Years...celebrating at the annual Putz Party!! It was a great evening...The next morning the stories that were shared were absolutely hilarious!!! Thank you so much Kelsey and JJ...

On Saturday while the boys were off on rangers...the girls and I went with the Dallmanns to the Broadway musical "Annie"...it was so good...In my next life....I wanna be able to sing like that!! :)

Christmas Break Fun

This last week over Christmas Break the girls had a sleepover with the twins and Codi's friend Victoria. The girls did a fashion show in the hallway...Codi/Victori/Kaelyn/and Lauren put on outfits of Codi's :) Carli was the photographer!!

On Tuesday both of the girls had a volleyball tournament in Queen Creek. It was a great family day! Since I am coaching Codi's team this year, most of my pictures will be of Carli playing...last year I had mostly pictures of Codi playing!! Carli's team ended up winning the tournament. My team (Codi's) got 3rd which was good considering we were the only 13 year old team!!
