Happy Anniversary!!!

Craig and I celebrated 16 years yesterday!!! So crazy how fast time has gone by!! We went to dinner with good friends to a new place. Fodo de Chau...basically the minute you sit down...you start eating!!! You have a disc next to your plate...if you turn it to red--the meat people leave you alone!! The minute you turn your disc to green---every type of meat starts coming your way!!! Filet...Ribeye...Pork Tenderloin...Chicken...Sausage...rack of lamb...the one we all liked the best==I never knew what it was called!! Everyone did a pretty good job pacing themselves and turning their disc over when they needed a break!! :) They also had a yummy salad bar to choose from...The meats were soooo good!!! Most of them had just a hint of a smoked flavor!! I do agree with Kelsey though...it always seemed kinda rushed with the meat people walking around very fast all the time :) We all waddled back to the car after dinner!!!

We even somehow managed to all have dessert!! :)



Happy Anniversary Craig!! Our journey together has so many more wonderful memories to come!!

I didn't waddle out;-). And I don't think craig paced himself. He looked pretty roughed up;-)

Kelsey waddled out because of pregnancy :) She is the only one that didn't stuff herself!! Craig is a 0-60 guy...no pacing him on anything!! :)

Sounds like a CRAZY idea for a restaurant... and FUN! Looks like good friends, good friends and a great 16 years! Congrats!!!
